Fashola inspects Second Niger Bridge

The Minister of Works, Babatunde Fashola (SAN), and his team have inspected the Second Niger Bridge.

The PUNCH reports that the Federal Government ordered the opening of the bridge for use starting from midnight on Thursday.

Fashola, who announced the opening on Wednesday, said the bridge would be open for use for one month during the Yuletide.

The minister while inspecting the bridge advised road users plying the bridge to drive safely and responsibly in order not to defeat the purpose of its construction.
